Forever 21

Great location. The store has a direct entrance from the parking lot. Also, it has three levels with tons of selection. I take my daughter to that mall all the time and she always browses there and often finds something.

This location of Forever 21 within Yorkdale offers a broad selection of casual and trendy clothing. The store is not overly crowded and the staff's customer service approach is helpful and friendly.

Thank you for restoring my faith in customer service again :) I was assisted by two sales associates at this location, both of whom made my experience worthwhile and very pleasant. I was certainly impressed by the great energy of the store manger who cashed me out, very warm and efficient. I also acknowledge the helpfulness one of sales associate in particular by the name of Ayan (sp) whose endearing personality put a smile on my face while shopping. Kudos to the entire team and maintaining this store with excellent standards! I appreciated this experience far greater than other stores whose employees often exude rudeness, arrogance, and pretentious attitude!

I often come to this location with my nieces to buy whatever they see online. Although we normally visit the store after school, last week we went on Friday morning. The store was impeccable and both cashier, manager and sales clerk acknowledged us and helped us choosing some gifts. However, the reason why I am giving this store two stars is because I was shopping downstairs and I heard an employee raging because the store was busy and how customers stop her from doing her job. I felt very offended by that comment. The employee apparently is a supervisor because I saw her giving orders to another employee - unfortunately I did not catch her name or her position. This review is directed to the managers of that location, I never had a problem shopping here but that situation was very unfortunate - hopefully it can be addressed accordingly.
