I found a winter jacket that was on sale for $20 and the red tag $20 written on it was attached on the jacket but the cashier tried to charge me $30 instead. So I told her its $20 and she just went through some papers and changed it to 20 without saying anything but pissed off face. Few hours later, I had to go back there to get the same jacket but different color for my mom. And it was a different cashier but made a same mistake. The jacket has this huge red tag written $20 on. And this cashier did the exact same thing. Said nothing, changed the price, no sorry and pissed annoyed face to me. They make me feel bad when I shop there. They make me feel like I did something wrong. I will never goto yorkdale H&M ever because I would like to feel comfortable and happy shopping just like everyone.

The go-to shop for anyone visiting the area. Great selection of clothes and reasonable prices.

This is the place were customers are treated atmost disrespectful manner. A staff was behaving very mannerless when i ask her about the winter jackets. She is extremly rude and horrible women ! She is unfit to attend customers or work there. This store collections are very poor like their customer service!! Never go there again !

People here are much better than vaughan mills! Just try to avoid H&M vaughan mills and shop here at Yorkdale if you are looking for a better customer service or not getting attitude for no reason! They carry Trend premium Quality styles which make me comfortable to shop my favourite styles so I don’t need to travel all the way to eaton centre to get them. The only negative thing is that there are too much products in ladies department so all racks are so packed and it is hard to shop without dropping stuff on floor.
