The picture speaks for itself. That’s how was handed the drink I had not drank any of it.

Normally this location is fine. Past few times it's been terrible. I did an online order. Went to pickup about 15 mins after I ordered, walked in and it wasn't busy at all. My drink was ready but the food I ordered was not. I gave it another 5 minutes and still nothing. Now been 20 mins since I ordered and I don't have my whole order. I asked about it and they said they don't have the sticker but would make it. Cool. 5 mins later they bring part of my food order and walk away. I said I was still missing something and she conveniently pulled up my order to check... Why wouldn't she have done that originally to see my whole order? She was was also miserable when serving me older woman with grey curly-ish hair. The point of placing a mobile order ahead of time is that it's ready when I get there. I gave more then enough time and then some. The service and attention to detail is lacking at this location.

Awful location for years - Recently waited over 10minutes for an iced coffee. Next time, tell the customer it will be a 10 minute or morewait. Employees were more concerned about making sure other customers pick up orders were prepared. Either run a business, or get more help.

Even if the drive thru looks like it will take forever, it will be faster than going inside. They admit to focusing solely on drive through and seem incapable of serving people that come inside. They told one woman in front of us that it would be a 30 minute wait for a coffee...nnIf they can't handle the drive thru and a storefront, then they should lock their doors.

I studied here on 2022 Thanksgiving. The store was a little busy as people were getting their last minute caffeine fix before their thanksgiving dinner. The drive through was very busy. The staff worked hard to make the drinks for the nonstop drive through. There are a total of 16 seats 5 two seaters and 4 at the counter facing outside. Not many people linger here so it could be a good spot to study on those slower days.
