Brilliant range of beer, I was disappointed with the range of European wines. Very ordinary.

I have shopped the Waterdown location since it opened and for 20 years have had tremendous things to say about the Waterdown location and its employees and Management. I am not sure if there has been a Management change in the past 6 months but there definitely has been a change in customer service or lack thereof. There is a very Tall Employee bald man who is exceptionally rude and arrogant. I normally have just witnessed his negative interactions with others but today he took his poor mood out on me at the cash. I certainly hope LCBO management becomes aware of this as I have now heard from many friends in town who have mentioned similar things about him. Clearly he does not enjoy working with the public.

Very helpful staff. I was approached a few times making by staff to make sure I didnt need any help. Very warm staffnnOnly a 4 star because their Single Malt Scotch and Mezcal selection was a little generic and bland. Should be able to give a could give a 4.5 star.nnBut honestly the staff was on point!nnYou guys are awesome!

Can't get Polish beer anywhere because LCBO is hogging it all and now they're striking
