Great service, knowledgeable staff. I've never been given the wrong part

Seems they are challenged to get parts correctly.  Have used them twice and both times the orders were messed up.  1st time they delivered completely the wrong thing.  Second time they told me to come in first thing the next day and it wasn't there even 2 hours after they opened.  A call would have been nice.  Nice people but I need parts.

Never any issues. Only reason for the 4 is they aren't open late enough.  Bit of a hassle to arrange someone else to pick up parts. Otherwise great service, knowledgeable and friendly.
