The girls that work at Sally's are lovely and definitely know the products. I went in yesterday to pick up 2 items. They did not carry the line of product I was looking for. However, the girl that helped me recommended the "all about curls bouncing cream" and the "ion curl texturizing spray". I love them!! Much better than the diva curl line. Thanks for all your help
I've been there a couple of times, I think I met at least three different staff members, they were all enthusiastic and friendly. Very helpful. they have great promos on a variety of items, hair products, makeup, nail Care etc. Overall there are great deals /promos are amazing, you get welcome $5 just for signing up to the loyalty program, staff at this particular location is just over the top awesome to do business with. Very happy lifetime customer and I can't wait to go back for more products! Highly recommended!!
I was in Waterdown and happy to find a Sally Beauty since there is not one near my home me. The store is large and well organized. However ,I needed help to choose hair colour. The woman working there, who I overheard was the manager, did not acknowledge me when I entered the store. Then a workman enteredt store to get information. I let her know I needed help and she advised she would be with me in a moment. After this she had a long discussion with the workman, waited while he made a phonecall, discussed his phone with him and continued to chat with him. Meanwhile I was looking around the store. I went back to the hair colour aisle hoping she would soon be over to help me. In the meantime, another customer entered and went to the counter.T manager proceeded to help her and continued to ignore me. This is the first and last time I will visit this location. I have always had positive experiences at Sally Beauty in Burlington and Niagara Falls with helpful and friendly staff. The manager of the Waterdown store needs to send herself on a customer service training course.
So I went to another location appleby line had absolutely horrible service!!!! After having the experience I had their, Idecided ...I would never go back to that location again!!! So I came here to Waterdown where I was actually greeted ,listen to ,And was help to understand the product better with what it was that I needed to correct my hair. Jocelyn was so helpful and she made me feel beautiful all over again I will definitely be back she's my girl in the know!!! Jocelyn if you read this thank you so much I will definitely be back to see you again in the near future much love ~JoJo
Despite other reviews I've seen on here I have to say the staff was friendly and very helpful with picking out product for highlighting my hair. Well stocked also. Will come back sometime soon.
Amazing customer service. I came in tonight looking for tape in extensions and a curling iron and the girls that worked there really helped me out. Super impressed
Has a good selection of items that are well priced. Service is lacking. Had an issue that needed f/u from staff. I had to call several times and came in in person due to lack of f/u from the manager. Then she provided at least 4 excuses why she didn't have time to return my call.
I go to Sally’s all over the GTA, and this one is definitely the best. Jessica is the most knowledgeable, polite and helpful person
I walked in and was totally comforted and taken care of regarding a hair dye mishap. Thank you so much!
Do not go if you are looking for advice. Staff are not trained are inexperienced. Very unhelpful.
