Well, I have never had such bad service from company ever!!!nI wanted to order a cake for Saturday for an event. I live 2 hours from the Waterdown location and wanted to keep my business local to that area.nNope that wasn’t going to happen.nI call the day before and asked for the Bakery Manager Julie in order to make my order to find out I was to call back the next day. I called back at 8:30am and was Transferred by Brenda to Julie. I was now on the phone with Julie.nME: Hi Julie how are you today I bet you are busy.nJulie: What’s your POINT!!!!nMe: Just wanted to order a cake.nMe: Ok see you later.nJulie: Just Click.nI have been in food service for over 20 years and would be appalled if one of my employees treated a customer that way. I have personally had over 12 donut shops in the past and understand the timing of baked goods. I would have taken my number and asked if I could call back. Its that easy.

Came here on Oct 20 to get some flowers for the women day. I only bought 1 bouquet, and the staff asked to wrap it for me. She was willing to split it into 3 small bouquets for all women at my home.

Not great. Not great at all. Not even good. I left annoyed.. The cashier with braces working on April 6 at 9pm on register number one. Didn’t ask me for my scene card. While I had to listen to the customer next to me get excited over her earned points. My cashier just shrugged her shoulders and didn’t apologize and instead said ‘too late’. Pretty darn rude if you ask me. Also make sure you never run out of this.

Leah in the bakery, made my boyfriend the most amazing cake. She is super sweet and very talented. I highly recommend seeing her if you need a cake for your special occasions! Thanks Leah!

Great produce, regular items are more expensive than many other stores. Sometimes not a few cents, can be 10% higher, just like a built in tip, but for the exact same products as elsewhere...
