The store itself is great and always has plenty of stock which is awesome. However, my last visit there, the boy that checked me out definitely requires some customer service training. Even just a smile and a "Have a great day" would be helpful. My previous visit, the woman that checked me out was very pleasant though. Guess it is hit or miss there.

Usually clean, uncluttered. Well stocked. Most staff friendly but some student staff may be rude.

Low prices (obviously), which means mediocre products. Friendly staff is very hit and miss; sometimes they love to help, other times they seem depressed and you feel in the way. Still love shopping here because everything is so cheap!
