Starbucks

Got a new tumbler for my birthday from my kids and it broke. I tried to have it replaced since they had the exact same one but the staff member kept going on a tangent and ultimately said I should go back to the original store it was purchased from even though they knew it was a birthday gift just days prior. I ended up going to a different location just down the street and they exchanged it so easily, without question so why this location wouldn’t is beyond me!

The only Bux in the area with a drive thru but be prepared to wait - for awhile- in the line up. It’s not the best setup with the order window at the end of the queue and the plaza itself is very crowded and not easy to get in/out of. If you are hoping for a quick pick up this is not the location.

Over the counter OTC service at this location sucks!!! Zero people in the coffee shop ...... 5 minutes to get 3 drinks made, I can see why they don't have a drive thru!!nnMeanwhile the other individual doing the online orders is a superstar - she filled at least 7 multiple drink orders, that were received after mine, before the other lady managed to get my 3 drink order filled.nnIf you need to order OTC for your Starbucks head a little further down Dewdney, they are super busy but it only takes 2-3 minutes for the drinks to be made.

The staff were kind and hilarious. Absolutely loved the vibe they were giving off today. 10/10. Also my pumpkin iced chai was delicious as ALWAYs

Our order was quick and accurate, and my little one thought that the heart drawn on her kid's hot chocolate lid was so cute. I love when people take an extra little step to make things special even though it was smoking busy, thank you from a former 7+ years store manager xo
