Starbucks usually has comfy chairs, couches, or booths in an interesting, well designed establishment. This one has the products, but not the look. They have hard chairs and stools along the counter or window. They do have good washrooms though. If you come for the coffee, you won’t be disappointed.

Starbucks need to start making changes. Food and coffee have gone downhill fast!nGo back to a small batch, fresh, roasted atmosphere. I regard the service as some of the best in the business.

They’re also great at accommodating special requests for drinks. However, the wait time during peak hours can be a bit longer than expected, and finding a seat isn’t always easy—especially when it’s packed.nnOverall, this Starbucks is a great go-to for good coffee, tasty snacks, and a comfortable vibe. While there’s some room for improvement in managing the busier times, it’s definitely worth visiting if you’re in the area.

I go to this location quite frequently because the staff are always amazing, and my orders are typically consistent. Today I went there and picked up my order through the drive thru, didn’t check my food item before leaving and headed back home. When I went to eat my everything crossaint, I found a plain everything bagel instead, which accidents happen and I understand, I also don’t live that far so I just drove back and explained what happened and they immediately corrected the error and also handed me a gift card with my sandwich. Honestly so kind of them and totally not something they had to do or I expected, and I have noticed new faces so I know people are probably training, I just want to give kudos to the kindness and generosity at this specific location. You are all doing a great job! Will always be my favourite location to go to, and I recommend it to everybody else too

I had a really awful day yesterday and I suppose they could see it on my face when I came in. The staff was so lovely and made my day brighter, they really went above and beyond with their service. Thank you to all that were on shift at 12:30 yesterday! November 29, 2024
