McDonald's

This location is consistently awful. Their large fries are usually half filled and now I see their sundaes are incredibly small also. Not even half filled. Not going to bother going to this location again, it doesn’t ever get better. I’ve added pics of the completely untouched food that I received. As you can see it’s quite sad looking and not even close to full. I'm done w this location finally.

Did McDonald’s change their coffee?? The past many times I have been in a pinch and ordered coffee here I end up throwing it out after two sips… tastes like gross warm dirty dish water - so disappointed as used to be my favourite place to get drip. Is there anywhere in maple ridge to get good coffee anymore that doesn’t cost 10 dollars a cup??

Worse McDonald's ever. We went thru the drivethru and the cashier dumped hot coffee on my husband's arm. It spilled down the inside of our car. She hadn't attached the lid properly so it just dumped when she passed it causing him severe burns and staining my car seat and door.nnWhen we opened the bag there was no straw for my milkshake and the hash browns we ordered were French fries. My husband was also missing something from his meal. How many things can you possibly get wrong in one order?

Everyone is waiting for the order … less staff and more work load. Employees are running for packing the food. But can only full fill drive through. Not even busy but less staff and ringing apps . Making staff crazy. Hard working kids . But can co op with load. Kindly extend your night staff . I am here at 12am . Wait for 30 minutes for the order. What we do about taste . Service is very poor

Well, I haven’t been to McDonalds in a while and last time noticed that the Big Mac is now a Small Mac. So I figured I would go for the quarter pounder dressed up like a Mac. The only thing pounding this burger was whoever made it. My buddy got a Sweet Chili McWrap and we thought they gave him a snack wrap. Years ago I used to get that wrap for my mom as it was massive and was two meals for her.nAt the end of the day, the staff were normal for what you’d expect these days but not worth going to McDonald’s anymore. Too many other places that make the food even remotely like the picture they are trying to sell you on. I don’t recommend.
