Shinobi Japanese Restaurant

Small restaurant, but they have a number of booths available for 8+ people. Great atmosphere. Incredible food. Willing to make custom rolls for no extra charge than normal. Great place.

I have been eating here for years. Then I ordered two rolls at 6:45 pm. After over 30 minutes I said I wanted to leave since there was no compensation for the long wait. Then she said that she will look into getting me a free soup. Then they never ended up giving the soup. The food was good. Just really slow. I do not like not honoring something as little as soup....

I've been semi regularly coming to Shinobi ever since I moved to maple ridge about 5 years ago. The food is as wonderful as it was when I first came in, and after trying other parts of the menu I can safely say they are talented chefs in that kitchen. Everything I've ordered has been consistently good, from the rolls, to the soups to the salads. All this paired with the waiting staff who learned my name after about a month of on-and-off visits who have always been amazing and attentive. I can't recommend this place enough, these guys clearly love their job and will continue to see my business whenever I am in maple ridge.

My favourite sushi place!! Great service and they provide quality raw fish. The restaurant is always busy (no surprise there) so be prepared.

The service is great and friendly. I don't usually see that at sushi places for some reason. Hope they keep the smile. Sushi presentation and taste is splendid and yummy. Atmosphere is good just need a face lift
