Tim Hortons

I went there to have some coffee while shopping at walmart because they have walmart just across the street and i loved their service they were so organized, clean and quick at the service. Also the coffee taste fresh. I will be stopping here for-sure every time. The shift supervisor veerpal she is so friendly and full of energy, maybe it is a magic for their coffee.

Queue of 5 people! 2 employees! One is pretending to work, and the other is wiping the same spot with a rag. There’s dirt and trash on and around the tables. You’ve already sunk to the very bottom, Tim Hortons.

Occasionally visited by rude clients but the staff is super patient and do their best to support and serve. Most of the staff is hardworking immigrants who do an amazing job of managing those occasional rude entitled customers.

I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons. Usama provided excellent service and was very friendly. He gave me helpful suggestions for food, which made my visit even better. Really appreciate the great customer service.

Probably the most incompetent Tim Hortons in maple ridge. The lineups are always ridiculous so I usually do mobile order, and they take a long time to set up the order. Sometimes I’ll be waiting there for 5 to 10 minutes for a mobile order which is pretty ridiculous if you ask me, and when I ask for a refund they usually charge my account but the payment never comes through for some reason.nnI spoke to the head guy about it Edel and he basically told me there’s nothing he can do about it, which is insane to me.nnI think they need to work on they’re overall structure on how the team operates and be a little bit more organized so that little things like this don’t cost them a review like this from more future customers.
