We are a quaint, but well stocked used bookstore located in beautiful Maple Ridge! We offer a great variety of book genres, and also provide a fantastic menu of coffee and tea beverages. We also have over 70 different kinds of premium loose leaf teas, including our bestselling Dolce Grey ( we blend it in store ourselves!) for you to purchase, in 50 gram and 100 grams quantities, either in store or online on our website, at www.beanaroundbooks.com!

Our bookstore also provides as the perfect space for various meetings and events throughout the month, including our one of a kind Death Cafe, Poetry Nights and Philosopher's Cafe! You can also join us for our Games Night every Thursday at 7:00pm!
We also offer free wireless internet if you feel the need to crack open your laptop and do some work while sipping a cup of tea! :)

I feel so lucky to live in a town that has a place like this. It is an exceptionally meaningful place that benefits not only local residents mmm, good tea and coffee, great books but also impacts life choices of the youth and opportunities for the local community. My background is in youth work and I do so much appreciate and admire this local initiative. I left with a book, a cup of london fog and a grateful heart.

Have been meaning to go in here for far too long. Nice little place. Coffee or tea and used books. Browse, sip, zen. My friend Brian was there to do a book signing with Andrea the illustrator of the same book. Will be the only place in town to get a copy outside of online I think? Had a coffee, got my copy signed.

I absolutely love this place! Its my home away from home. So nice to relax with friends or put your head down and get work done.  Everything that the business does goes back to helping youth in the community and the programs that are run have the potential to be lifechanging!

I am Blown away!  I never knew this place even existed! Everything is blessed and a blessing! I'm so in love with this place! I recommend it to everyone!

Excellent quality and selection of teas, super tasty coffee, an endless variety of super interesting books of all genres, and wonderful staff. An added bonus, it’s a community-oriented nonprofit. Will definitely be back every time I’m in the area.

Well kept, discounted books of all sorts available here. I walked in looking for one book and left with 4 the first time I came. The staff also gave some drink suggestions, they were super friendly. I would come here more often if they were open a bit later in the evenings!

Stopped in for a brunch the other morning, lovely little place. Friendly, prompt service, nice chilled atmosphere. The coffee was great, and better than the local chain cafes, and the BLT bagel was good too. Lots and lots of books to choose from, but if that's not your thing, there's several tables and power sockets best check with the management before plugging in though. There's even a few board and card games as you go through to the back.

Such a cute little place to hang out and the clerk happily took all the time to help me.

A hidden gem. This is a nice cozy place to grab a coffee, read a book, get a bit of work done, or have a conversation.

Good coffee, great book selection, fantastic concept for the community- heartily recommend, bravo!!
