McDonald's

Family friendly place with kids play area. This store is roomy with lots of seating arrangement. The food came in reasonable time and they bring your food to your table. I liked that they kept the place clean and the workers have a cheerful spirits

Almost every time they leave something out of the order. I am not exaggerating. Check your entire order every time. It's because the person who hands it to you is not the person who packed it. They don't know what's in it... Did you include my nugget sauces? ... "they should be in there"... NO... They aren't, and you don't care enough about how you treat other people to make sure the order is right before giving it to me!

First off. I loiter here. I have 2 boys, 4 and 7. I only come here for them to play. I order a coffee, couple drinks and a muffin. Service is terrible. This big corporation (sky net perhaps) is forcing us to use machines to order our food. Id rather talk to a living person instead. After you order, you have to stare deeply into the cashier's eyes while you stand there wondering why they arnt making your coffee. Oh. One person, one job. In the effort to increase efficiency McDonald's fails to understand the obvious. If your doing nothing, it's better to be doing something. After your order is completed, it will sit on the numbered serving counter for about 5min till another person (the, i take your order from here to here person) finally hands you your order.

This is probably THE worst McDonald's location on the planet. Every. Single. Time. I come through the drivethrough, they make a mistake in the order. Every. Time. Not kidding. So once again I went in today to ask for the missing food. When I politely asked the woman at the counter if for future, they could make some attempt at checking the orders, she walked away in a snit. Crappy location, substandard service.

It’s indescribable how bad this place is. 99/100 orders wrong everyday for sure. Can’t remember sauces even when they appear on the order screen. Don’t fill the fries and don’t understand the difference between regular and super size. Honestly the worst business in Maple Ridge. It’s that bad.
