do not shop here! Ordered 2 recliners (2,000.00 each) . We were told that the chairs were the same comfort/style as a sofa they had in the showroom. This was a lie. Had no desire to order electric as the chairs are in the middle of our room. Was only given 3 choices of chairs that are battery packs. After receiving chairs we found out battery packs are after market and will work with ANY power chair. They lied again. Pay upfront with NO refunds. Buyer beware!!

We found the staff very friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable about there products were not afraid to discuss competitors products. They were very honest about delivery times and didn’t promise delivery times they could not keep. A great place to visit. We would recommend to anyone. Thank you for your good service. Awesome service. Was even able to email Rodney on his day off, and he replied instantly. We needed the sofa bed urgently, and he was able to arrange next day delivery. We chose Dodd’s over the Brick’s same price, similar model (but slightly larger) because of the fantastic service. Was first time to experience Dodd’s, but I highly recommend it! Way better service than the Brick!

A fantastic customer service experience! Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable in the products offerd. I bought a huge custom 11x 8'6" sectional with a pull out queen, pillow top, custom fabric for $2299. The couch is Canadian Made and Dodd's is locally owned. A double win-win!!

Came in and was greeted. When I asked if we could be left alone to shop - no problem. We saw something we liked and this lovely woman at the desk put it all through in relatively short time. Price was right, delivery and price of that was great and Tuesday we will have our chair. Thank you Dodd's Furniture and Mattress !
