Stokes- Woodgrove Centre

I purchased two sets of dishes from Stokes in their Nanaimo, B.C. store last June. Also bought a set of cookware and various other items. The plates are splitting in half with hot food on them, luckily no one has been burned while this was happening. Went into the store yesterday and was basically told there was nothing they could do and that they were used. Used??!! That's what you do with dishes, you eat off of them. Still have the boxes they came in and found the receipts this morning so am hoping that I will get a full refund. Will follow-up and let you all know how good their customer service is.
