Bell

After trying to get through to change my plan over to the $60 10GB plan, I finally go through to an agent who directed me to a Bell retail location where I was instructed to call in to the Client Care team. I did call in, was put on hold for 2 hours, then hung up on due to "unforeseen circumstances" resulting in the call centre being closed. I finally got through the next day to an agent who identified themselves as Loyalty Care who told me there was nothing that could be done despite my attempts to contact Bell prior to the signup expiration. I've opened a CCTS complaint and will be following up on this matter.

ZERO stars.......They lied to us about the return policy then refused to take our item back when we tried to return it. The man (manager?) smirked when he said that we had to return it thorough Customer Service, after asking three times where customer Service was he smirked again and said slowly "Head Office, Montreal" . When I mentioned this at a party the next day , two others complained about recent problems at this same store . Do yourself a favour and drive a bit further to another store.

Getting a pay as you go phone done for my dad while he was at work, 0 stars for Monica. She was just on her phone when I was trying to talk to her. She didn't tell me what she was doing on the computer. She kept asking me about 5 times to go pay monthly instead of pay as you go. And just not being friendly at all she was trying to make me get a 55$ card for a 25$ plan. Seem like she just didn't know what she was doing. Probably going to unlock my phone so I will never have to deal with that service again.

The Inept and incompetent staff here seem to live in their own world. Either outright lying to you or just being completely misinformed you really can never tell. I wish I didn't have to even give them one star as it's to much of a complement. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had with q cellphone store. My phone has been constantly repaird and then sat there in the shop waiting for me while I'm waiting receiving no notice and being told it's not there when I call them. Avoid this place at all costs.

Well I wouldn't even give them a star but I have no choice. They broke my phone when I brought it in to be repaired under warranty so my warranty was void when Sony got it, I have all the proof and everything that it was not physically damaged when I brought it in, but the manager is such a low life he won't even look into the situation just told me I have to pay to get it fixed it's all my fault.... Do not ever deal with them its not worth it.
