What a great store and staff! I wasn't sure what I needed for a certain type of product and the staff was very helpful and showed me on computer screen the different products available and all the specs for them. That staff should get a raise for his excellent customer service.

I visited the store this morning while using crutches and encountered a disappointing lack of assistance. Despite my obvious difficulty and a somewhat challenging request, I received no extra help from the staff. While I understand there might have been a language barrier from my side, there was no excuse for the attitude I received from the lady at the printing section.nnAs I tried to politely explain my needs, I was met with impatience and made to feel like a nuisance. It was clear that she felt inconvenienced by my presence and showed little interest in helping me. I had to call my husband for assistance, we struggled to navigate the scanning process for a larger document. Our attempts to seek clarification were met with further disdain.nnWhat frustrated me the most was that I was the only customer in the store at the time. Despite this, the staff member seemed unwilling to dedicate even a minimal amount of time to assist me properly. As we were leaving, I couldn't help but notice that there was only one other customer in the store. This lack of willingness to accommodate customers with disabilities is simply unacceptable.nnIt's disheartening to encounter such poor customer service, particularly when faced with physical challenges. If the ladies at printing section cannot fulfill this basic requirement, perhaps they should reconsider their suitability for customer service roles.

I have been in this store 3 times looking for an office chair. Each time I've spent no less than 20 min trying out a great selection of office chairs. I'm in the market for 5 chairs in total. Not once have I had one second of interaction with any staff. Walked out the front door all 3 times with no acknowledgment I was even there. Won't be back, I've tried your chairs, now I'll buy them from Amazon.

Always some one ready to ask if I need help to find something. They explained the difference between a gamers key pad and another type. I am happy with my choice after all the information I was given. I am very happy using the one I selected

This refers to the copy centre. Bad experience with the staff. Disrespectful and dismissive. Tried to make some colour copies at self-serve and the computer kept rebooting. It still charged me but the staffer ignored what I had to say.
