Really, I feel like a I could leave a review for multiple individuals at the Kamloops, Home Depot location.nI've had excellent interactions/experieces with a few of the staff.nnAaron has helped me out a few times now in a variety of ways. Also, management there have gone out of their way to assist me. The Pro desk takes treating Pro members with great care very seriously, always seeking to ensure we're satisfied.nnI'm totally sold on Home Depot and wouldn't consider going anywhere elses. I've been a Pro member since opening my company and I'm not sure I recall a time when I've not been satisfied with their service/care of customers.nnGreat store, great staff, great deals, and if you're a customer, you can always expect to be treated warmly, kindly, and with appreciation.nnJast wanna add one other person who has definitely impressed me with their strong customer relations skills. Kim, who handles the Customer Service area often.nShe's been fantastic, ways willing to help and go the extra mile.nnDebra is great too, lol.nnI've also had a couple great interactions with Deepak and would like to commend him as well for the fantastic customer service.nnDaniel, Trusted Reno

I had a great experience at the Kamloops Home Depot. Prabh in Customer Service was very kind and helpful, and Sheila in Appliances was also extremely helpful. Both made the experience smooth and pleasant. Great customer service overall! Thank you so much!

Good selection of items and friendly staff but the back of the store is cluttered and not very baby stroller friendly. Couldn't get my cart through some spots.

Definitely probably the most gorgeous Home Depot store with an amazing view when leaving the store!nnOverlooks the valley, clearly see the northern part of the city, being several kms above the main ground.nnAs usual, great selection of products and a challenge at times to flag someone down for assistance.

Bought $1000 of flooring and had it professionally installed. It’s all popped up within a week. The adhesive strips on the flooring is junk. I still have not heard back if they will warranty the flooring or not and has been almost a month so now I’m out close to $3000, not a great experience. The flooring is defective, I’m out the money and now have been unable to go forward in finishing the room which is a huge inconvenience.nThe flooring was purchased online so it doesn’t reflect the store but it reflects the business as a whole . The store customer service has been good for the most part.
