It's the best shopping experience, just ask any associates for help they will glad to help but most of the times due to heavy rush you may find difficultly to hold an associate.

Waiting for over 20 minutes for an online order that I was told was ready. It was... I could see it but even though there was multiple staff standing around I was not helped. Once the gentleman at the PRO desk got off the phone he opted to help the person behind me as if I was invisible. Naturally I asked to just get my order that I had already signed off for from the customer service desk. He did not apologize for skipping me nor did he seem to care. To make matters worse as I left the store the alarm went off and a lady started yelling at me to come back as I hand not paid for it. Sure did. Had the receipt. I once gave this place 4 stars. Down to a 1 based on this experience. Who knows... maybe if I ever come back it can go back up. Not likely any time soon.

Wonderful place to shop. Everything was so neat and tidy, and the staff were both friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hardware store over any others.

Was not impressed that we were told that three right hand tubs and surround were in stock, only to get there and find out there is none. Jeff from customer service and Quinn went above and beyond to make it right. Low and behold after 2 hours Jeff and Quinn found our tub. Excellent guys. Thank you

Merchandising here is poor. Many seasonal items scattered around or unsafely stacked.
