Buyer beware: I recently purchased what was supposed to be a brand new HP laptop (shipped to me at home). I paid nearly $800 for this computer. Instead of sending me a factory-sealed, brand new model, however, they shipped one of their already opened, refurbished or returned (i.e. USED) laptops. I've written the owner, Kelly Condon, about this matter but have yet to hear back (my emails keep getting bounced back as "blocked" too). Technically, this constitutes fraud so I may soon be filing a police report, especially if the owner stonewalls and does not rectify the situation (i.e. return my money). Just letting everyone know about how dishonest these people were with me. I'll never do business with them again.
