Didn't get to see any Walmartians inside, but I might be in the wrong country for it. The place seemed like a normal Walmart, fairly large inside, but as always, if you have a question that you want to ask any of the employees on the floor, I highly advise speaking in a fake US accent because otherwise they will not be able to understand you.

Don’t use their online delivery service. I spent over $300 and even paid EXTRA for fast delivery. It was supposed to be here 2 hours ago. There is no progress on the tracker and it’s been like that for the last 5 hours. This is my 8th time calling Walmart. I got hung up on about 3 times. I just want my groceries!
Only two cashiers.. huge lines. Not everyone wants to use your self check out.. Shelves are constantly bare. Sale items gone. Empty boxes in isles and on shelves. Staff shortage or just poor management?
Walmart sure has gone downhill over the years. I remember when the return policy was the best in town, now it's one of the worst. No customer service whatsoever.None of the staff know where anything is, they are rude. Now I know why I spend most of my money at Costco. After today I'm done shopping at Wal-Mart. I'd give zero stars if it was an option.
Dropped by this Walmart as we're staying overnight in Kamloops. It's a very large Walmart Supercentre! There's plenty of parking and due to the large square footage, everything feels spaced out and organized. Definitely one of the better Walmart's I have stepped foot in. Shelves seem decently filled and all produce and food items are nearly stacked. They only had one till open other than self check out area, but it was because we went late in the day. Per typical Walmart, there was an attached McDonald's which made it convenient to grab a snack for the kids.
I find the stock at this Walmart isn't as nice as others in BC. Also, the grocery section is often picked over and items are frequently sold out. I think people go to Walmart so they can get it done in a single stop, but this Walmart is often out of items which requires me to make another trip later in the week which is not ideal. I know they can do better.
The staff are friendly but the shelves are regularly out of stock. Im not sure if they have a supply issue or need to hire someone who would be better at managing the ordering system.
Staff walk around aimlessly and are unwilling to help. Shelves are constantly out of stock. Cashiers are never open even though the staff seem to be doing nothing most of the time, large boxes and carts sit in the aisles.
I have always had good experiences here. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, and prices are good. Online ordering at this location has been seamless and the people who bring out my orders have been awesome! Their self-checkout area is huge, and I don't remember ever having to wait or at least not for long to use one. Shelves are sufficiently stocked and the layout is good. Located on a large lot with plenty of parking!
