Dealt with Alvin re:LazyBoy chairs for Mr Mother & Aunt. Made a good deal at the time. Chairs initially delivered, one was wrong, one dirty. Spoke to Alvin again re second delivery. Chairs now on saleWednesday adwith old chairs as trade in so he adjusted the bill for both. New delivery company arrived with correct chairs. Both ladies very happy! Young men were polite, clean, even offered to take shoes off. Chair comfort is as expected. Well done all!

Was able to get exactly the type of recliner I wanted. The salesperson, Alvin, seemed quite intuitive about exactly the perfect chair for me and I am very happy with the chair, the service and the delivery. This is our third chair we have purchased from this store and we are happy with their product and their service.

We bought a Lazyboy recliner just yesterday. We were attended to right away by Alvin and the experience was first class. There is lots of stock in the store, found exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted and arranged delivery. The chair arrived promptly the next day. We highly recommend this store.

One star too many IMO Potential customer lost! I was going to go purchase a sofa from Lazy-boy but after hearing how acquaintances have been treated & In reading these reviews I would sooner go to City Furniture or the Brick. Just knowing now since the last review written there are more than two people that I know now that have been yelled at!! It’s obvious to me just reading this that too many have been misled to make a sale and have been treated so poorly, humiliated by this business, this man is very unprofessional .. yes! who would logically wait 6-8 months for any furniture when there is so much competition. Our world definitely does not need any more dictators it does not need this kind of humiliation.. this man should be fired. I am disgusted just reading these reviews.. ultimately the only satisfactory resolution would be fully refund these loyal customers.. Lazy-boy you should be ashamed of yourself if you are allowing this treatment.. I would hope head office is hearing and reading all of this. BBB needs to know how this business is being run.

Called to inquire about a Laz Boy recliner for myself and the salesperson was really indifferent and did not want to spend any time explaining what they had in the very specific category I wanted. He kept telling me to come down but I explained I lived about 2.5hrs round trip and had quite literally just broke my back in two places and wasn't able to.. I explained my wife was in town with the truck and I wanted something today for my needs. His attitude still sucked and it was just too frustrating. It's truly unbelievable how poor salespeople are at understanding buying signals, clearly I was serious about it but I don't want to have to pull teeth to get service. Finally told him I would just go elsewhere to get one. They're literally across the street from my company so it would have been convenient. Just lost the sale for an entire living room set at the same time because we're replacing that too and we don't buy entry level stuff. Where are the professionals these days, I guess his phone apps must have been more important than a customer.

Upon returning home from teaching overseas our family found Brandsource a welcome store for ordering our custom furniture, purchasing our bedroom and dining room while utilizing their payment plan options. We recommend the store for all in one shopping and long lasting quality. Alvin is our man! Superb service.

We ordered chairs in June of 2021 and we just received them last week. Yes, the wait was long but due to covid and supply chain shortages it was not the fault of Kamloops BrandSource and the staff. The staff at BrandSource informed us of the delays and gave us free delivery for our trouble. I feel that they did a great job and would recommend that you shop local and buy Canadian! That's what we did.

We recently purchased new couches from here, the service was exceptional! They worked with us every step of the way, we will definitely be purchasing through them again!

Huge location with helpful staff, most items seem to be backlogged on shipping but some items on the floor were available to purchase same day. Bought my new couch here but had to look else where for a bed as the majority advertised were a 8month wait for delivery.

I have been buying furniture from Alvin for 7 years. My La-Z-boy furniture is a conversation piece with everyone that sees it. The quality of furniture this store sells is the best in Kamloops.
