Koodo Mobile

Certainly a busy counter in our mall- never get there and there isn't a line, but the staff there are almost never equipped to help me referring me to a call center for assistance. Seems all they are capable of are sales so the counter should say sales only so you don't wait half an hour to find that out. E-bill pay is convenient except when you need to change something. Look out if you move out of the country, too. They seem to pull charges out of their behind to add on after you've paid up as though in an attempt to never let you close the account. Never had such a hard time closing out an account before in my life! Even more frustrating if you are attempting to do so from out of the country like I have been doing. At this point it has been since August back and forth with this company (call, get a figure, wire money to a relative, and have them e-pay for me there). Thought we were finally done and now they've added a reconnection fee???? Oh yeah, and sent it to collection. Utterly ridiculous! When someone asks for the FINAL amount to close an account they mean ALL fees, taxes, and charges!!!

Great service from wonderful staff. I have always been met with professionalism and kindness whenever I visit. The staff really seem to care about delivering the best possible services and care about the customers needs. I would highly recommend this service location.

Always have had great service at Koodo and wouldn't go with any other phone service - can't be beat! Awesome staff who are so friendly and go the extra mile. Plus one very gorgeous man but I won't name names to embarrass anybody ;)

Amazing customer service! Helped me set up my phone and was always willing to help me with any additional questions I had after set up. Highly recommend! Got my mom to join with Koodo too!

The Koodo in the Aberdeen mall is the best of the best I could not ask for better service. Just this kiosk is still the reason I am a customer with Koodo. Steve there always goes above and beyond expectations. Great people great store.
