Management and staff are top of the line. We have been a loyal customer for 16 years and always received great service. The store is in rough condition, maintenance is so poor they don’t have heat in the shop and staff is having to use hot shots and has been this way for several days. Staff that is that dedicated and have to work in conditions like that is such a shame I have many staff of my own and would never put my team through that environment. Merry Christmas and wishing you all some Reno’s.
Dave was super helpful and friendly. He sent quotes in a timely manner and was very accurate. Delivery of service was optimal. He even went out of his way to come tune my sons stereo for him, which was not part of the purchase. He was quick and kept me informed throughout the whole installation. Highly recommend asking for Dave I’ll be a repeat customer for sure.
Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Car remote-start stopped working so went in to see if they could run a diagnostic. The technician came outside right away to look at it. Turned out to be a simple blown fuse which they replaced for me free of charge. The friendliness, quality and speed of service, and of course the replacement fuse are all very much appreciated!! After some frustrating attempts to upgrade my phone at other vendors, I decided to come to Andres and was helped immediately. The service was fast. Friendly and efficient. Couln't have asked for a better experience.
Came into store. Was greeted nicely by 2 staff and asked it I needed help. But I was heading into car audio. So they pointed me to rear of the store. I looked at 3 amps and speakers. Staffed from car audio said hi but didn't offer any services or help. Went visions and got exactly th help and speakers I wanted. Won't be back

The new dishwasher I bought was damaged and was guaranteed a time of arrival for a stove 2 to 4 weeks and it didn't arrive. Then I called for an update and was told arrival date minimum of 4 weeks. Don't appreciate being lied too.
Dave hooked me up with a stellar deal and beautiful, clean install in my Focus ST. Super happy with everything from cost to quality to detail. Stoked!
Would have been excellent except they didn't have a screen protector for Pixel 8. Seemed they had lots for every apple phone.
