Went there to buy a laptop. Staff are pushing too hard for the membership plan. Since I answered that I don’t have enough to pay for the membership fees $248 estimates, sales guy’s face turn black and didn’t serve me properly. So bad at customer service because I bought the laptop alone.
We have the warranty on our phones. Went in to get a new screen protector, the ones that were included with the warranty, and the lady that helped was less than stellar. She asked for the receipt for a phone that is part of a family plan, of which the only receipt goes to only one person in the family. She required convincing to assist in any other way. She finally asked what the date was of warranty’s last use and when I didn’t have that she told me to “go check your email”. She would not check our warranty by the phone number and actually said “let me go see if we even have it in stock, before I look you up”. She came back and said “We don’t have any in stock. Maybe try in a couple of days.” She didn’t even offer to order one in for the phone.nShe was friendly, but just couldn’t be bothered.
Whats the point of a returns department if I can't get a refund from my warranty. Got a ps5 controller had stick drift 2 months later. Went to get a replacement, had to got though a 40 min process just to be told I have to mail it in and wait for my refund. When I asked what do I use to game for the next few days was told to buy another. Pointless waste of time and money. If I buy a product from your store I should be able to refund it at the same place?
I don’t see the point in wasting $100+ on their 3 year warranty for their headsets. When the product has known a problem but yet when you go to return it they try to tell you it was physical damages
Who is managing this store? Huge line-ups , two people on the tills moving incredibly slow.nnAbout 10 other employees standing around idly.nnGave up and ordered what we came in for off Amazon.
