Best Buy

Extreme lack of communication. Ordered an Apple Pencil, when the order was placed at the store, was told January 2nd it will arrive. Got there Jan 2nd and they told me the order hasn’t been placed yet and will arrive sometime from January 5th-6th. Keeping in mind it was placed on December 30th and the pencil was coming from Vernon. Got a call 10:30 January 5th saying my pencil has arrived and is ready for pick up. Got there at 11:30 and they said it wasn’t there, and accused me of fabricating the phone call, even after showing them the call logs and calling the number in front of them bringing me to Best Buy Canada’s answering service. Not sure who the manager is there, but he shrugged off and said there isn’t anything he can do. So after 2 trips and 2 failed times to get my order they still can’t get anything right. Hours of my time driving and in store wasted, fuel there and back and still nothing yet. Disappointed it has been this way, will never use Best Buy again.

I read a few not so complimentary reviews on this site. I have never had a bad or awkward experience at Best Buy in Kamloops. In fact I rate them 5 Stars Plus. That has been my experience the last 4 times I have visited there. There was always a staff member to make sure I was being taken care of and when I did need help the personnel that assisted me went out of their way to make sure I understood what I was getting and made sure I received the best price available at that time. And 1 week later when their prices dropped on the items I had purchased they refunded the difference to me, without batting an eye. Both Faisal and Zahin worked with me at different times and I am extremely pleased with my purchases, but more importantly I am thrilled by how well I was treated.nI highly recommend Best Buy in Kamloops.
