I walked ‍ for over an hour and a half from Monte Carlo Inn to Bayfield to get to Staples and back. I was very impressed by the store and staff . The young lady offered me to sit while I waited for my copying to be completed and explained what the copies would look like with a white border. When she had completed the task, and I paid all I could do was say, "Wow, that looks fantastic!" Well worth my visit Staples at Bayfield!!
Print department staff are amazing. They're were able to get my foam poster boards printed fairly quickly. I had an issue with one print and they were able to sort out the problem with no hassles. Print time may vary, could be a few days, depending on what you want. Overall the store is well stocked, clean and staff are friendly.
Unfortunately I have to give this place one star. I stood and waited for a good 10 or more minutes and even walked around looking for an employee to unlock a cabinet for me. I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. I did see one guy, but he was busy with another couple. My time was limited as I had a baby with me. You would think they would have more employees on the floor, especially within 2 weeks of Christmas when it is usually busier. I couldn’t wait any longer and left, and had to purchase the item online from another business. The staff seem very pleasant from the interactions I have had there, but I shouldn’t have to wait so long to get my item so I can purchase it. Please have more staff working during busy times…
Selection of some items, I found, was limiting. Even though stick levels are down everywhere I found it just had a limited selection even if there was stock. I also had a salesman spend more time trying to sell me on a pen harder than most car salesman do on cars.
I simply went to get some copies printed. They have really good services for printing, faxing, and shipping. The young man who waited on me was knowledgeable and nice to deal with.
Blonde girl with glasses mumbled a bad remark while she was passing by. This is not my first time seeing her disrespecting. Last time when I was checking out she tried to sell me the same thing twice. When I asked for explanation she yelled back “I KNOW HOW TO DO MY JOB” and she even forgot to put my item in the bag. I had to remind her so, she clearly has no clue about what she is doing there. I come back later to correct her mistake with other staff. They were attentive, nice and polite. I felt I have to post my review as she has no change to her disturbed behaviour today when I was there. 17 October 2022/7 PM
I had to have a parcel returned to Amazon & needed to have the return label printed from my phone. I phoned in & spoke to the girl in the print department & she was so pleasant & said she would be there to help me when I come in. She was there & she was great! Very understanding & was a huge help. She was very sweet to deal with. Even though she was very busy for one person to handle, it didn’t seem to bother her at all. I didn’t get her name, she was short with dark hair & glasses on Sunday July 10 around noon. She’s a keeper. Thank you
Staff is most of the time friendly, but I don’t like the idea of using too much robots as a human substitute for customer service, and lately Staples picked up this trend as well
Employee Jason has the best customer service and knowledge! Will be back again!!
It's a popular go to place for stationery. I have noticed that passport photos are a little on the expensive side.
