Store is clean and the staff were helpful and answered any questions I had. I was able to price match which was great. Got the majority of my Christmas shopping done here and was happy with the experience. The only thing is they didn't have one of the items in stock and some aisles were a little messy. Other than that it was a great experience

Overall Friendly service, even though near closing on Christmas Eve. The checkout was quick and attendant was helpful with extended warranty suggestions. Had a limited amount of the "mechano" toys I was looking for.

Was in the Barrie store today and it was packed. They opened a line and the sales clerk called people over. I had one item and I proceeded to that check out, not realizing someone was behind me. She gave me the rudest look and she said the line opened for someone else. Do you guys NOT want sales? You are lucky my purchase was small and needed or else I would have walked out the door...no wonder your company is sinking with sales clerks like that.

Been going to Toys r Us since I was a kid. Now my kids go there...just like tradition! During Christmas this store is really busy since it's the only one currently in Barrie...the Barrie South location will be better for us...can't wait untill it opens!
