Nice store, but some shelves are bare, either due to low inventory or not enough staff to do the restocking
The store itself is always messy and unorganized. There's always an abundance of employees standing around but very few seem to know how to correct pricing issues or help locate items. This the first store I've ever had refuse to honor the shelf price of an item. Try to avoid this location if possible.
Your Photo Centre online check out double charged my order, it keeps on saying cart is empty well in fact was already charged to my credit card. I had a horrible experience with your customer service hotline when I called about what happened. I talked to 3 different agents and non of them knows how to do their job and after a 3 call backs they haven't done my refund. Unbelievable!!! They keep on saying call us back when the order changed status. Its the worst customer service ever! Fix your system coz you're technically stealing money when you're charging our credit card without confirmation and train your agents on how to handle customer concerns!!!!
To night we watched staff stop a handicapped gentleman and accused him of stealing dog food before they even asked him for his bill of sale when he asked to speak to a manager the young Indian lady told he to go find her at costumer services. He was the only person stopped and accused of stealing when he didn’t and zero actions to the staff member who was in the wrong I hope the guy gos after them for how he was treated .
This walmart stores cashiers, most of them are lazy. They never help customers to pack the groceries. I am a regular customer here. I just found Leann, Peggy and Teri they are helpful staff. Others just scan and literally just wait for us struggling to do our own bagging while there is long line behind us. Management should notice this. Lot of staff giggling here and there but when you ask something they never know anything. I always get simple answer i dont know. Further one of the staff at self check out literally accused me trying to steal the blue recycling bag at the checkout counter. Eventhough myself told her how we can pay for bag. She was so rude comeone i am paying 250$ groceries why i cant pay 0.99 cents bags.
Departments are a mess, as there are many things on the floor at all times. Tried to use a price checker on today's visit, and half of them were broken or missing. Just started to go back to Walmart recently, but now I'm having second thoughts. Walmart needs to be more like Giant Tiger.
I am so shocked that a store of this size and this many employees and it is run clearly not as it should be. When I enter there are always allll over the store a few employees standing and just laughing and talking. I can never find anyone in the department I am in and when I do they can not answer anything I ask them. Also it is always a mess with stuff in wrong locations or just not clean. Then at self cash out no one paying attention when you need help.
Waited 20 minutes for 1 happy meal And after asking said 2 more min. Not even busy Jiji at chatting around. Seriously.
Melissa and neem from customer service are absolutely terrible to deal with would not reccomend ever going to this Walmart. Rude to me, would not return and item I bought last night. Terrible service so much for the customer is always right. Will definetly be going to head office about these absolute scum
Wallmart in barrie on bayfield street. Heartless. I am a poor person who used a gift card from a church to buy food. I had recently moved and forgot about the address online and did not change it in time I had placed an order online using the gift card and the Instacart lady had dropped the food off at the wrong address. She had called me once but I missed her phone call. When I called her back she said she had left the food at the other address and that the problem was mine and I had to deal with it. because I had placed my order through Walmart and not through Instacart. So I tried to call Walmart and ask if I could get a refund because it was a mistake and I did not receive my order. The order was for $140 and like I said it was from a gift card given to us from a church for Christmas cheer. since we needed the food I had to make the same order again and it clearly shows on my file that I made the exact same order on the same day but two different addresses. The first one being the incorrect address and the food that I lost and the second one being the proper address and the extra money I had to spend. Walmart did not hold up their end of the deal and refund our money they simply ignored Me. I even called representatives and made a report and they told me they would get back to me within 24 to 72 hours this was almost a month ago now I am disgusted and appalled that they would not even give us a voucher or let us get the money back. our family went without for Christmas/ new years for food because of them and their non-hospitality. That gift card was for $300 and it was supposed to last us for the month to feed our family of five... Not much money to feed a lot of people in the first place and here is Walmart taking half of it and happily not refunding it... Up yours Walmart Date of experience: December 18, 2022
