"Good" service... that is if your over the age of 25... if not they assume your stealing and follow you around suspiciously until you exit. Very uncomfortable expierence every time I've been in there.

I purchase a lot of hair color, lightener, hair treatments, and a few aesthetic products. Love the selection, the staff is great at recommendations and the layout it easy to navigate. The cosmetics by the till are actually great quality for such a low price. Excellent selection of nail polish, nail files and acrylic products. The only downside is the enterance is difficult to find at first.

The store is hard to find and in behind not visible from the road or the parking lot.. They close the store before time displayed open until. The store advertises the are open weekday nights until 8PM. Tonight I arrived at 755PM and the open sign was still lit from about 200 feet away from where I parked. As I walked towards the store the open sign was shut off. As I walked up to the store and looked at the time on my cell phone and watch, both ready 756PM. I tried to open the door and it was locked with a woman standing in front of it and another younger lady behind the counter at the till. I tried to communicate through the glass to the woman but she told me the till was closed and store was closed. It was not even 8PM! The woman would not even open the door to communicate clearly. I was trying to explain it's not even 8Pm and I had driven all the way from Orillia. They did NOT reopen the store although it still wasn't 8PM. I needed something simple. Will never return here!! Wonder if the owner or chain manager should look I'm sure they have store videos of staff closing the store before the time. I guess these employees are in a rush to be out for 8PM since that's all they get paid for. Too bad for the age of entitlement!
