Our company loves to deal with Neil from the Georgian Mall Barrie Store Location. Whenever we have an issue or question we are always met with his delightful smile, and his unbelievable ability to set our minds at ease that are concerns are in good hands. I truly hope Bell recognizes what an asset Neil is to their company. He has singlehandedly turn my opinion of Bell Canada around.... like a lot. We so wholeheartedly appreciate the service from Neil that we bring all of our friends and family to him. I have dealt with other agents at Georgian Mall location but I have to say that Neil's knowledge and quality of care is what brings us back and what we look forward to each and every time we shop there. Neil is a talented young man, with a superb personality for customer service... I hope he is recognized and rewarded for his dedication and commitment with your company. I would hire him in a second. Neil is FANTASTIC! Wow! Great job Neil ~ you went above and beyond are really redeemed the (sometimes unfavorable) reputation that Bell had/has. Bell ~ You have a VERY good employee here. I really hope you treat him right. He knows his stuff... he is funny, polite and trustworthy. I never thought I would write a review like this about Bell ~ so Congrats Neil, job WELL done! I highly recommend this Bell Store Location.

Terrible customer service. The definition of customer service eludes Neil. I paid for a phone corporate office sent me to Barrie (almost 2 hour drive) wouldn't release my phone because this location is different that other locations. Somehow they play by different rules. 1 week waiting for my phone driving around from location to location and. O phone. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST BELL EXPERIENCE. DONT VISIT THIS LOCATION THEY ARE RUDE, NOT SUPPORTIVE AND MALICIOUS. I WOULDN'T BE SURPRISED IF "PAID PHONE WAS DAMAGED OR SOLD"

For experience, knowledge and a firm grasp on today's needs look no further than this location and in particular Ryan who has put me into 4 phones over the years. Expect to be impressed.
