St. Clare Hospital

This morning I had carpal tunnel release surgery at St Claire hospital, preformed by Dr. Thomas. I can't even begin to describe how fast, efficient, and FRIENDLY every one was. They had me laughing throughout the whole process, I felt so comfortable for about to be getting surgery. From the front desk, to the RNs, anesthesia tech and the surgeon - all were just wonderful! Can't thank them enough! Totally worth the drive from ellensburg!

November 7th 2017. Great place. My brother broke a bone and had to come to the er (he is 6). Every one is so nice. I dont understand why people give this place a bad rep. It great.

I came here to detox and try to get clean after being suicidal because of drinking. I told them the same night it was just the alcohol talking and they've keep me against my will for almost 48 hours. Do not recommend. Awful staff threatened to call security for me wanting to leave.

Our GP sent us - It really doesn't matter what is wrong with you because you are CRAZY ! A shot of Valium will cure everything.. right ? Seems they are still having severe needle stick issues as others here are reporting .Mis or NO communication between staff leads to hours of unnecessary waiting . I went to the desk an hour after my teenager were to receive her meds and Dr thought they'd already been given and was waiting to see how it worked. These kinds of mis coms happened all night and ended with a shot of Valium and raked arms & could find nothing . When they are finished testing you to their satisfaction , they want you OUT , you are now nuts and are wasting whatever time they get to sit at that desk and gossip . If you have any questions past that they will say they "have done all they are going to do at this hospital " which is fine as I wont be going back - our family usually goes to the Dr in Tacoma and rarely to Seattle or St Joseph's for scheduled procedures . What started as a Dr 's appt for a sick teen ended like this 8 hours later .

Was there lastnight, Aug. 27th 2017 at about midnight for my father who has a history of heart attack.. Needless to say, he was there for CHEST PAIN.. He'd been there since 10:00pm.. Actually got into a room at 1:00am, sitting in a wheelchair for 4 hours, his legs were starting to get numb! That hospital needs to PRIORITIZE the severity of who comes in!! I'm so UPSET & will NEVER taking ANY of my family members there!.. I DO NOT recommend this hospital to ANYONE with a serious condition! I'm thankful my dad's visit WASN'T his heart, but good forbid... IF it WAS.. And something was to happen to my dad... That hospital wouldn't be there!
