At MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, we provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient health care services, such as our Family Birth Center, Children's Therapy Unit, a 24-hour Emergency Department, MultiCare Regional Cancer Center, mental health program, surgical services and more. Friendly nursing staff and doctors, but horrible wait times. It appears they need more rooms and better staffing. But, I have to give them credit. They have an incredibly challenging job. To be able to do what they do day in and day out is worth recognition. Thanks for doing everything you could to help our Daughter. Overall the communication could be much better.

The staff here is wonderful. My husband was taken here by ambulance, along with our two and half year old son. The ER staff was so amazing with both of them. The nursing staff waited with my son until I was able to arrive from work. Once I got there, they were so kind and put me right at ease. The doctors, nurses, and tech staff were very informative and helpful as well. They made a very scary situation far less stressful than it could have been. They genuinely care about both their patients and family members involved. We didn't feel like just another number, which is wonderful. Definitely going here for any medical issues from here on out.

Move us in the middle of the night to a room that sounds like a jet engine. They told me that I was being moved down one floor to really nice room. This place sucks.

Was hospitalized there for my thyroid surgery, and I would say I recommend this hospital to anyone who is undergoing the same procedure. The surgeon and the hospital staff were very professional and compassionate; the procedure and recovery went smooth and relatively painless given the procedure itself.

Wish Puyallup had a better ER situation. This place is run horribly and is so inefficient. We got stuck in the ER for nothing after Urgent Care sent us there.
