We just got back from spending the night in the ER. We were hesitant to go because we, like most people have endured "those nights" at the hospital. However The staff were unbelievably amazing. They made a bad night the very best it could be. They were kind, they were respectful, and personable. They were also very good at their job. A special shout out to Cory who checked us in, Stacy our nurse, Regan our second nurse and Dr. Beerbower. We are super thankful for your all!

I came in twice for severe pain. The first time was 4 hours to find out nothing. The second time, the nurses were extremely rude, changed policy and insisted I remove clothes which were unnecessary, ignored my pain, and warned me about my language. Here's a thought: how about you quit screwing around and worry about something that matters, like MY HEALTH, open my chart, and you can answer your own rude questions. There's a reason there's no wait: horrible. Now, I'm at home, writhing in pain, because Mr Faux Hawk and Mr Crappy tattoos couldn't open a chart and do their job. Good work, gentlemen.

My 85 year old mom recently had surgery at Tacoma General. All of the staff were very kind and helpful and took very good care of her. It was a very comfortable atmosphere. Nurses were kind, friendly, and helpful. Physical therapist was great. Everything was clean and well attended too. Very good hospital and staff.

My first visit to TG long ago was a good experience. Staff members were very helpful, kind, caring and so much more. As time went on my family would visit TG more often(health problems obviously). The more they went in the more I could tell majority of the staff don’t really care honestly. Saying “omg! The delivery guy misspelled my name” or talking about a certain staff or how people wait in the waiting room for 3-4+ hours but when we get a room, we walk by A LOT OF EMPTY ROOMS! That’s all besides my point. I have a loved one who for months have been complaining about her back constantly hurting and Drs write it off as a UTI. Come to find out she has a mf TUMOR and CANCER! You’ve officially pissed off the wrong person!

The Doctor Davis in the ER said that he had a Nerologist on Staff but he didn't think that my problem was good enough and offered me a social worker to get help somewhere else. If u make 2 u must act. Bad Doctor!!!
