My daughter went here, my wife waited for over an hour, when the doctor finally looked at my daughters lip that was cut, he said " It looks like it fused itself, nothing I can do." The entire interaction was like 4 minutes, and they charged us $800.00. That is absolute robbery. They gave her no stitches, no pain medicine, not even Tylenol. I am considering filing a lawsuit for frivolous charges and/or malpractice. I am not going to have money stolen from me by this place again.

My 9 month old grandson had major surgery today. It was a very stressful and emotional day. The doctor and anesthegiologist were very informative and explained what the whole surgery would be. Both best and worse case scenario. The rest of the staff were just wonderful. The surgeon himself took us from the waiting room to the picu. When we reached our babies room, the entire sergical team was waiting at the door way to greet us ( my son and daughter in law). That was so awesome. A class act! Everyone from the attending physician to the nurses careing for our precious baby was beyond excellent. Even making sure we were ok and didn't need anything. This meant the world to us. Thank you so very much Marybridge team for making a very scary and stressful situation bearable. ❤❤❤

So my daughter was born with bi lateral club feet . We started at mary bridge with doctor silas . Worst decision i ever made basicly equates to torture for my daugher . We did at least 12 maybe as many as 14 weeks of casts during witch time doctor silas complains evertime she sees my daughter also basicly kills her she turns blue and has blood come out of her mouth and nose do to choking on breast milk because of position doctor wants my wife to feed at to keep baby from struggling . After being rushed across street to tacoma general to save my baby i get a call and doctor silas now wants to operate on my daughters feet in all zones massive surgury and will leave scars and pain for the rest of her life . I say hell no and go to childrens hospital . Where over the next 14 weeks they complely fix her feet with out any surgury beside achilles tendon witch is mandatory to any clubfoot fix. Doctor jinguji and mosca are the most amazing compasionate people on the planet and if you are dealing with a club foot please go to childrens hospital do not go to mary bridge the commute is worth it for the level of care you get .

We had Dr Tran check our 13 month boy old who had a fever of 102.2 and earlier his fingers, toes, and lips had turned blue. He said none of his symptoms were of concern and kept repeating, "a fever is not a disease," (obviously we know that). He barely looked at his throat which I understand could be difficult but I do expect a doctor to do their job. According to Dr Tran a fever doesn't matter unless it is accompanied by another symptom or the child has had it for 5 days or more. I took my son to a different doctor where they checked him and they discovered he has strep throat. Too bad we couldn't catch this earlier when we went to this hospital first. Never going here again. Nursed were great though.

We drive from Olympia to see the doctors here because they're kind and thorough when searching for the cause of my children's illness. They go to great lengths to make the children and the parents comfortable, which is a great relief when going through emotional times. The employees are more empathetic and attentive than anywhere else we have been. I can't begin to describe how grateful we are for the care we have received at Mary Bridge. There is free valet parking, a coffee shop right inside, touch screen games for the kids in waiting rooms. We love Mary Bridge. We will continue making the trip to Tacoma for specialized care for our children, rather than finding an option closer to Olympia.
