Absolutely amazing costumer service and you can trust that you are getting reliable work done. Their mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and honest. Brent is excellent to deal with, explains everything in detail and even takes the time to show you the rough shape all the old parts were in that were taken out and replaced by new parts. This is the only place I'll be taking my cars in the future! They are a one stop shop that does everything.

Excellent customer and car service! Took my car here for the first time today for a full inspection and service, and I don't think I will be going to any other car shop in the future, as I fully trust St. Albert Tune-Up and Brake with my car. Very impressed, and highly recommend this place!

Hungry for money. I have been here a few times as my inlaws were regulars. I have felt it was a bit overpriced from the beginning, but was happy I could get in so quickly. I'm now thinking there's a reason for that... My engine light came on last week and I was looking to just keep my car on the road until the Spring (plans to get a newer one for my growing family), so I asked Brent to see what it was and let me know the $ cost. 24hrs later, I was out with a $640 bill. Okay... but 15min after driving off the lot, my engine light came back on. I called Brent immediately and he said to come in the next day to get it checked, and that as long as the engine seemed normal, I would be fine. Approx. 1-1.5 hrs of errand running/parked time later, my engine started smoking. The end result? My radiator hose had blown and I was charged another $165 to have that "checked" and fixed just to conclude the (engine head?) was warped as the coolant had been leaking, which = Car being written off. 1st: this is their profession, they claimed to not have noticed the hose or any leaking but 15min later the light comes back on? That seems suspect. Either they accidentally nicked it, or they aren't as skilled as they should be. 2nd: I was told it was okay, probably just an electrical connection needing to be checked. 3rd: I asked for his professional opinion as to whether or not my car was road-worthy, and was misguided. Now I am out of pocket $800 for nothing. His final words: "It was a coincidence." and "I'm just covering my costs".
