Mr. Lube in Walmart

Went to this location for a oil change and they only had 2 bays open and waited over an hour. That would be fine but they then proceeded to take care of someone else that was there after me. On top of this I asked to check my tire pressure and fill up my tires since my car was showing low pressure. On the receipt it says the pressure on all tires was 35 and since my low pressure signal was still on when I left I decided to check at home. All tires were well bellow 35 around 28 so they obviously didn’t fill them.

All on all service was ok. Was not pleased that they splashed oil all over the engine of my new truck. I suppose it won't rust now. Price was reasonable but got the distinct impression the staff would rather be anywhere else. Even had a staff member having a temper tantrum in the shop because he had been working 3hrs without a break. As mechanical supervisor myself I rarely get a break before working 8hrs of my 13hr shift, I have little sympathy. At least I wasn't dealing with that guy, but it was very unprofessional. Not sure if I will be back.

The team at this Mr. Lube & Tires were super helpful. I’d gotten a flat and changed out for the spare, but turns out there was no puncture anyway, but the guys helped me figure that out and ended up changing out the spare for free. Great customer service!

My back batch is not holding up on its own and to change a brake light, Adrianna balanced the hatch on her head to change the bulb. They were quick and efficient. Very grateful for their help

Your staff have looked after my past 6 vehicles and hopefully more to come… After my last visit I noticed there was a small oil leak. Gradually it got worse and over the past few weeks the puddle on my driveway got larger. I finally called and explained the situation and was politely told to bring it in so the technicians could take a look at it. They found that indeed there was a leak and it was coming from the oil filter. They promptly replaced it and explained that it was a faulty seal. They replaced the oil filter for free and topped with up with oil and then apologized profusely for the error. They even put a note on my account for a 10% discount on my next visit, which will be soon! Tevin was genuinely awesome. He should get a raise! All the staff there are incredible! A lot of companies can learn from that experience and it by far outweighs any customer service experience I’ve had in the last decade. I will continue to come back for all my services and just wanted to pass along a huge thank you! Extremely impressed!! Have a good one! P.S. Just an update on this one.. Went in for another oil change just this past Saturday and noticed the car is leaking again. Might want to run through how to install oil filters properly. Seems that the seals are consistently bent or faulty or maybe they're being installed incorrectly. While I know I'll be looked after, it is a bit of a pain to have to drive all the way from work in Sherwood Park to St. Albert to have it corrected. Thanks folks!Services: Oil change

I could not find any prices online for Mr. Lube services and I called three locations with no answer and no voicemail option. Please have pricing more visible for your customers.

First experience bringing my Jeep to this location was not the greatest…. Did the online survey after my service to express some frustrations with the service I received. The same day I received a call from the manger at this location to discuss my experience. They expressed how unacceptable the service was and offered to completely check my vehicle over to make sure nothing was missed and offered me a fair discount on my next oil change, which they honoured 6 months later.
