Jiffy Lube

First couple of times I went there I was pretty impressed with the service. Last time I went there however I took my wife's 1992 4runner in and they screwed it up. It is in pristine shape, 130,000 original Klms. The guys that tried to change the oil obviously didn't know you have to remove the front splash panel to get at the filter. They tried to access it from the wheel well and ended up ripping the protective skirt out. No offer to replace it, just zip tied it in place and tried to say nothing. Told them they had to access through front and showed them where. A couple of months after I notice oil spots on the garage floor. Look under truck and appears to be dripping from around the oil filter. Take off splash panel and sure enough the filter is loose, not only that, it is the same NAPA filter that was on it when I took it in the be change. Obviously loosened the filter to remove and either forgot to finish the job or didn't have a filter to fit. Service has really gone in the toilet here. No way would I let them touch another one of my vehicles. Will go back to doing them all myself. At least then I know it was done right, all the zerks were greased etc. This could have been a very expensive mistake if the filter had come the rest of the way off.

Great Service. Sign out front stated that they worked on Sprinter Vans - they do - and they know their stuff. Will be back for sure.

I have been coming to this location for the past two years because of how outstanding the service is. Earlier this month I received an oil change and had the air filter switched out, my hose had loosened that connected my air filter box to my engine causing my vehicle to lose power and stall. Once I found the problem I called Jiffy Lube and spoke to the owner Frank, he asked me to bring my vehicle in so they could make things right. He was so incredibly kind over the phone and assuring, NOT ONCE telling me it was my fault or trying to pull the wool over my eyes. They went above and beyond cleaning the engine and re doing the oil change. I feel 100% confident to continue bringing my vehicle here, even if something is missed or goes wrong I know they put quality into their work and will do everything to fix a problem if it should arise! That’s what counts, problems will occur where ever you go for anything and it’s how they are dealt with that defines the workman ship.
