Amazing service! If you are looking for quick, quality, 5 star service, these guys are it. On my drive from BC my muffler came off. I Called the St.Albert Midas and they had me in by the same afternoon. They understood my car was old and on it's lasts legs and I was not wanting to put too much into it. They fixed up the needed piece plus pointed out(literally took me in the shop and showed me) my serpentine belt was cracked and could go any time(it was cracked almost all the way through). I have no doubt this would have broke on my journey home and could have caused me a lot of grief. They had the part there within 20 minutes and fixed up in no time. Thank you very much for being thorough and taking the time to explain the problems with my car and which were urgent and which were not. I will never go anywhere but Midas(wish I could use the same crew!! ).

I took my car for Oil change recently. The sales guy quoted $65 for semi synthetic oil change. When it came time to pay bill it had gone up to $85. I asked how come it went from 65 to 85. I was told it's taxes and you know other charges. I paid bill then went to car to check against my other oil change reciepts and somethings didn't add up. First i was charged for 6Litres of Oil when my car is supposed to take max 4.4L. I took the car manual to the sales guy at the front desk and asked why i was charged for 6Litres. He argued and insisted my car a 2002 Odyssey took 5.3 L according to their "system". but my previous bill i was only charged for 4.3 L of oil. He said oh last time they must have forgot to charge me for extra litre. I stayed there for around 10 minutes arguing back and forth about whether the car manual was right to state 4.4L or their own mechanic and system that claim it's 5.3 L. Eventually they relented and agreed the manual is correct and i was overcharged and should get a $10 refund, they then blamed the mechanics for giving them misleading information. Then instead of giving me a refund for $10 they decided to give me a store credit of $10 on my next service. Why would they overcharge me then refuse to refund my money and expect i will go back there again. I need my money back because if that's how Midas treats loyal customers one wonders how do they treat new customers.. i'm not going back there again.

They didn't have my tire size but put air in it so I could get to another tire shop thanks guys :)
