Kal Tire

Worst Kal Tire Ever I've used 4 or 5 Kal Tires throughout my life and they have all been great, until I found this one. Staff were extremely rude and not helpful. They tried charging me for lug nuts that I provided. Sold me sensors that continously malfunction, and after a year of dealing with them told me that those specific tire sensors are known to malfunction with my specific brand of vehicle. Then why recommend and sell them to me in the first place!? Do yourselves a favor and drive the extra 10 minutes into Edmonton and go to a Kal Tire that's worth your time and money. I've never written a complaint about a company before in my life, but the service I've received here over the last 2 years has been so awful that I've finally been compelled to do so.

Won't be back. Dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and inspection, when I picked it up the ABS and VSA warning lights were now on. The "mechanic" couldn't clear them so they took it to the Honda dealership. They cleared and reset the sensors. Kal Tire then wanted to charge me for this. Unbelievable. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I love Kal Tire; these guys are beat in class in customer service. They give you advice and that is best for you in your circumstances, not what suits them to sell more tires or services. If you are in a jam or just needing honest advice and great service, Kal is worth a try

I have really bad luck with tires and unfortunately had to fix 4 tires in 2 weeks. Fortunately, I went to St.Albert Kal Tire where the service was fantastic, both times the employees were eager to help and I never had to wait too long. They also did these services for free which, as a broke student, I really appreciated. I would deffinately return in the future and even purchase new tires here when the time comes!
