SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cheyenne

This is a very clean hotel and we had the best nights sleep ever! The staff was very pleasant and professional. They understood that my father is handicapped and were very accommodating. The breakfast had a great range in selection. I would definitely suggest a stay here if your passing through.

Overall appearance of lobby and guest room was nice. Breakfast was decent. Air conditioner was under window and very loud. Shower faucet dripped incessantly. Hot tub in pool area filled with foam as soon as the jets were turned on. When I told the front desk clerk upon checkout, she didn't seem to care. I asked when the whirlpool was typically cleaned, she said "Every Monday." This was a Thursday...I didn't get the sense they'd clean it early to take care of the issue. She simply explained that someone must have been in the whirlpool wearing a suit that had detergent in it. No indication that she understood guests' perspective of the foam being gross to sit in. Next time I'm in town I'll stay somewhere else.

Staff was very helpful getting my bags in, I have challenges walking so the staff helped me get them to my room. Very clean and well organized room. Will definitely be staying there again. Plenty of pillows and bed was extremely comfy. Great nights sleep.

Always a 5 star hotel, this is a beautiful place to stay. Not far from convenience stores, the Outlaw Saloon, Town & Country liquor, and Safeway groceries. I-80 access is approximately 3/10 of a mile or 30 seconds from the front door of the SpringHill Suites. The staff here are wonderful, if you have any questions or issues, they will take care of you. Plush rooms and the breakfast was great, I would recommend this hotel any time.

Clerk was not totally personable, but was helpful! Price was a tad bit higher than the suite in Des Moines, Iowa, but just as beautiful, comfy, having a great breakfast and clean. Definitely recommended!!!
