Hotels are a service business and this staff know it. From the night check in clerk to the person stocking the breakfast items to the room cleaning staff, we experienced nothing but good attitudes, cheerfulness, and a genuine desire to help out. Furthermore, they treated our children in an equally kind and respectful manner. That alone would bring me back here.

Add to that that the rooms were clean, neat, modern, and well kept. I'm impressed!

Everything's been great. The room is comfy and the breakfast is tasty. We spent two hours this morning in the pool and it was wonderful, clean and warm. Everyone who works here that I've talked to has been so nice. I'm really enjoying my stay!

The night desk employee Sharon if I remember correctly was her name. Was absolutely wonderful. She volunteered to baby sit our 2 fur babies while we went to eat dinner. My wife and I have 2 dogs. It made the stay there perfect. Can't say enough good about our stay here. Keep up the good work.

Very quiet place.  Enjoyed the hotel and the charm of Cheyenne.   I was there for a job interview with corrections.   The staff was extremely knowledgeable about the areas I had questions about.  Good breakfast.

Very clean rooms, friendly service. We were able to get two rooms next to each other on short notice late in the evening. Late check-in available. AAA approved. Free hot breakfast included with stay. Parking is convenient. Check in and check out were very smooth. Hotel is just off of I80 and just a little East of I25. Kid friendly place. Carts available to help haul baggage to and from rooms. Ice and vending machines available.
