Ramada by Wyndham Laramie

We rented several rooms for a work function. Several rooms weren't clean when we checked in. Dirty towels and leftover food on the floor. Toilet seat was dirty in one room. Not enough blankets and pillows on the bed/in the room. Rooms didn't get clean during our stay, when the front desk was informed they brought towels up. Breakfast is decent, when the toaster works. Staff was nice. Wouldn't recommend staying here.

One of the worst hotels that I have stayed at. Thanks to the inclement weather, we had to stay in Laramie. All hotels were booked and for some reason, Ramada had a lot of vacancy... The driveways weren't plowed, weird layout that was easily accessible to any stranger in the night due to all entrance doors cracked open, which explained why the room was freezing plus the heater was not working. We called management and they promised a space heater but it never came. Carpet was even freezing. Wished I could give a 0. Place needs to be under better management and the place renovated. Way too pricey also.

This place don't even deserve a star there was poop on the toilet when we first got here , towels were dirty hanging up in the bathroom hair in the sink, chips on the floor behind the door and my peep hole had no glass but a paper towel stuffed in its place. VERY rude staffing..... but on a good note the shower pressure was out of this world and the water was hot

If there was a way to give this less than one star I would. First off me and boyfriend ended up getting trapped in a snow storm forcing us to find a hotel. We tried to book a room in person and we were told that every room had been booked up, however we we're desperate, and when we attempted to book online we were confirmed a room. Once we got there however they had given us a key to a room that was already occupied...... awkward. After having confronted the staff we were finally escorted to our "actual" room. But once let in, reality hit. It didn't take long to see that there was water damage to the room as the wallpaper was bubbling and peeling off and it had also appeared to not have been cleaned or maintained in about 20 years. But with having no where to go we we're forced to endure, and with that, things only got better.....NOT. As we proceeded to use the restroom we realized that we could see straight into our neighbors room through our bathroom vent and in addition our toilet overflowed as soon as we tried to flush it. I realize that this is a small town, but honestly for having paid almost a 100$ I would have been more comfortable sleeping on the side of the road. It's sad to say that I have nothing positive to say about this hotel, if I were you I would avoid this place at ALL costs. Save your money and your sanity.

If I could give a 0 star I would. My family of 5 booked 2 rooms for $177each on May 11th 2018 for my graduation. Not only was there hair every where including our sheets! There was tacky cup rings on the “desk” dirt on the bathroom floor, a chocolate chip cookie in the bottom of the pool, hot tub jets didn’t work and management was aggressive. Next, they were suppose to serve a HOT breakfast at 6am. Absolutely no one was at the front desk, doors were locked and only apples were in the breakfast area at 645am on 5/12/18. Not only did I have to walk processional on an empty stomach but I’m hypoglycemic and had spent my spare funds on this place. Most Horrific experience at a Ramada I’ve ever endured.
