Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cheyenne

Knox Luigi Define from the highway but still an excellent Holiday Inn Express. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fully wheelchair accessible. They even have lifts to Aid a disabled individual in and out of the hot tub and pool.

Remodeled in 2017. Clean functional rooms that are well appointed. Hearty breakfast options. A little hard to get to from i80.

My furnace went out at my apartment and I was unable to get a portable heater so we reserved a room with hotel points through my father. I go to check in and the manager was very rude and basically said we cant help you because your fathers credit card is on here . We have reserved rooms through his points and card for the last ten years with Holiday Inn throughout the country and never had any issues at all. After fighting with them to let us stay so I did not freeze in the 14 degree weather, we were finally able to stay. Once I was able to check in they asked for a card for incidentals which I was fine with. However they told me the incidentals was to be 20 dollars and instead they charged 64 dollars. 44 for the room and 20 for the incidentals. I specifically asked if I was to get ALL the money back including the 44 since it was set up on a points system and they replied yes. I waited the 3-5 business days for this to refund to my account and it never did. I contacted the front desk worker and told him the issue and he said OK we will refund it to you..... well instead of refunding the money to me he made 2 incidental charges for 20 dollars plus the 44 dollar charge for the room. I do not recommend to stay at this hotel. I normally love Holiday Inn and the service they provide but the staff at this location is not as professional as I would expect.

I checked into my room and headed upstairs to find a maid cleaning it. I came back to the front desk and getting another room was easy, but inconvenient. The front desk staff was helpful but the extra time spent on their mistake was annoying.

Rooms dirty! Moved to second room.. Bath room dirty, still nothing in main room wiped down. I have stayed in 35 Holiday Inn Express hotels in the last ten years... This is the most un clean.
