Went to this store just before Christmas and dealt with Fernando. He helped me buy a bike online. When it was delivered, I took it for them to build and picked it up a few days later. Oscar and Fernando were great to deal with - very accommodating. I took it back today for some adjustments and dealt with the bike service/repair employee and Fernando again. The bike service employee sorry, didn't get his name was excellent. I would definitely recommend a purchase at this store with these employees. Thank you.
It is small but it has all brands and sport items. Friendly staff specially in Shoes. A large area of clearance, great deals
Hey can some one from the staff of this sports Chek help me out??? So can u tell me the name of the kid that works there with a mullet he is abt 15 or 16 years old his hair is brown with blonde highlights??? And he wears Nike and cargo pants. He was working on a Saturday nov 5 at around 3:30??? Ok so if u know who I'm talking about just tell him that the girl he saw the curly hair says hi and that she hopes to to come by soon, also that she doesn't live in Victoria and that she lives on the main land. THX SO much
I have no idea how this store stays in business. I have been shopping for a jacket and every time I go in, nobody comes to help. I'm really disappointed
Went in to get my dull skates sharpened and had a very good experience with Jeff, a sportchek staff member who was polite, professional and quick. Made me feel like a valued customer which is a feeling often lost these days in other establishments. Just a genuinely good person that Jeff, who cares about his store and makes people feel welcome and wanting to return again. Well done. Much appreciated. Richard S.
I bought a bike from sport check online in September. It was put together at this location by the service department. Took it home June 16th. Right pedal and one of the break pads fell off three weeks later. Service fixed it, brought it back two weeks later. Pedal feel off again. Service tried to fix it again, same problem a week later. Josh in Service was excellent to death with. The assistant manger Jeff was a nice guy but would not give me a full refund for the bike- just store credit. The bike was defective and very dangerous to ride. I was lucky I did not get hurt. Not happy with the bike at all. I don’t know if I will shop for another bike at Sportcheck ever again.
The manager Jeff gave my son and I the best customer service I’ve received almost anywhere. My son said it was the best he had ever experienced. Jeff was incredibly helpful, very efficient, no pressure at all, and so polite. Thank you so much!
Decent stock level but as is par for the course at all SportCheks' not all sale items are priced or have signs promoting the sale. AlLWAYS ask them to scan the item, it is most likely on sale
I brought a abdomen guard from this outlet.. the store manager Jeff is super rude, mean and disrespectful..I rate this outlet 1 star purely because of his behavior..being polite is bare minimum but I think sport check don't know the meaning of it..
