Giant Victoria

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Amazing service from friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not only did they help me, but educated me on my final decision. They have a wide variety of amazing quality bikes from road bikes to mountain bikes which enabled them to find the right one for me. I reccomend Giant Victoria to everyone who is in search/need of a true and authentic Victoria style bike/service and/or experience. 5 solid gold stars for my favourite bike shop in town, no other bike shop can compare to GIANT VICTORIA.

Today was my first visit to Giant Victoria and I was very impressed. This is by far the nicest bike shop I have ever seen and the inventory was over the top. Every model, size and colour all in stock! I had lots of questions about bikes and accessories and the staff was very informative and eager to help. Thank you to both Tyson and Dylan, who helped me pick out the perfect helmet for my daughter and a pair of sun glasses for me. I will be back to buy a bike as well as the coolest thing I have seen, either the leather six pack holder or the leather growler holder that hangs from the top tube for my cruiser. Sick! I cannot endorse this bike shop enough, the service is positively outstanding.Tyson and his team are, simply put, an absolute pleasure to deal with. The attention to detail, level of communication, product knowledge and enthusiasm should be an example to all Victoria businesses. This store bent over backwards to accommodate my very specific needs; took the time to research and answer all my questions; and presented me with solutions that were more than fair. If you need a bike in Victoria, at almost any level, see Tyson and his staff, they truly are professionals in every regard.

The store is amazing. Well set up and merchandised. Every bike is uniquely beautiful. Even the one I ended up picking up (an entry level trail rider) Tyson and the rest of the staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. They had every size in every colour of the bike I ended up purchasing :) I Would recommend this store to any person without hesitation. They have anything anyone would ever want in any price range. Thanks dudes!!
