I like the beignet here more than the ones in New Orleans. The dishes here are not as salty as other places which is perfect for me as I am sodium sensitive. I love how there is a ping pong table here. I had a blast playing with my friends and the owner. It was awesome.
A Cajun seafood broil restaurant is exactly what this neighborhood needed. This gem is located in the West Town. The manager here is absolutely wonderful and he takes great care of his customers. My fiancé and I did a date night here. We tried the Cajun fried rice and OH BABY WAS IT GOOD! The chicken wings were delicious as well. We also had a seafood boil, unfortunately we were so hungry we didn’t take pictures. There are lots of flavor and heat options. The manager surprised us with some complimentary fried bananas for dessert. I’m not a banana person but I was in love that night This restaurant is perfect for a date night. Also a great place to go to before a concert, bulls game, or blackhawks game. The restaurant is designed to make customers feel right at home. Support this local restaurant, you will not be disappointed!
I was on my way into Opart Thai when I saw Spicy Fingers across the street, the name caught my attention, so I figured I'd try it and it was delicious. I did the soft shell crab and seafood boat king crab, shrimp, muscles, clams corn sausage all were really good. Spice level 3 all sauces mixed. I recommend this place if you line Cajun with some asian
Came here for dinner with my partner, great service to begin with. Super friendly, could sit anywhere we liked, establishment was VERY clean. Ordered the build your own Cajun seafood boil. Highly recommend the mix of all the spices, shrimp and crab! Wasn't too much of a fan of the crawfish but that's just personal preference. YOU MUST..I MEAN MUST..ORDER THE GARLIC FRIES. i am a fry fanatic and these might be the best fries ive ever tasted in my life..They provide bibs and even have a sink at the end of the room to wash your hands after eating without going all the way to the bathroom! Bathrooms are clean too btw! Def will be coming back.
Superb! The fried eggplant & tofu are a must have! The Cajun shrimp and clamps were also delicious! We will go back for sure!Food: 5/5
I was under the weather with a cold and decided to get a soup in the neighborhood. I tried the spicy seafood noodle soup. It was great! The owner was also very friendly and accommodating. My wife does not do spice and I was assured that can do non-spicy and custom orders. It's more of a versatile asian seafood restaurant. The soup was also healthy, which is important to me when ordering out. Highly recommend a visit.
This place is so tasty. They have 4 spice levels to each flavor. We got the Cajun level 3 spicy and it was delicious. I’ll try the level 4 spicy next time since 3 wasn’t crazy spicy for me. The sauce it self was delicious. The person working there was very nice and the restaurant it self beautiful. Very comfy and fun vibe. They have a full Chinese menu as well. Lots of different dishes so you can get a Cajun boil with fried rice and salt and pepper anything. I’m definitely coming back here.
Recently celebrated my Dad's 60th birthday there. A few thoughts: - Food: incredible. spicy garlic butter is to die for. Took home leftovers and found myself eating them at 2am. - Service: The owner was incredibly inviting. Took the time to ask us how we wanted to celebrate, brought out donuts for us, made sure every aspect of our service was taken care of. - Ambience: Big tables, convenient hand washing station in the back, the place is beautiful. Also kid friendly. Brought out a high chair for our group's 2 year old! - Fun notes: seafood is ethically sourced. Something that shouldn't be taken for granted, especially nowadays. Good on the small business for that. All in all, this place made my dad's bday special. The owner is kind and welcoming. The food is delicious and very very reasonably priced. Memories were made here.
Phenomenal place! The portions were very generous, the flavor wonderful and everyone all five of us agreed it was absolutely delicious!! We had the boil must add:broccoli , calamari, pickled veggies, seafood fried rice, beignets and a couple cocktails. Soooo good! Service was great as well.
5 stars! One of the best seafood boil places in Chicago. The team here is extremely accommodating, the food was incredible, and I can't wait to be back.
