Came in and was greeted by 2 extremely friends young girls. It was my first time here and they were extremely helpful in helping me decide what I wanted to order. We decided on a Philly chicken and wow oh wow was it amazing. Bread was toasted perfectly, chicken cooked to perfection, and the flavors just blended together so well. I also got a strawberry banana smoothie with a scoop of protein powder and boy was it scrumptious. Overall I had an amazing experience and I’ll definitely be coming back again.
My favorite place to grab a protein smoothie cuz it’s a perfect after-workout treat! Plus great location and welcoming staff. Love it!Food: 5/5
Absolutely loved the smoothies that Rich made! He provided the best service. I almost thought he owned the place. The grill was closed but was still able to get some onion rings which were large and juicy. Definitely coming here more! Vegetarian options: He was able to make my smoothie without dairy so that it was vegan.
I came in a few days ago and had a Pineapple Craze smoothie and some waffle fries. Angie assisted me and was very friendly. Her service was fast as well. I wanted to opt out on the yogurt and sherbet in my smoothie. Angie assured me she could still make the smoothie without the yogurt and sherbet and replaced it with ice. I appreciated that.
Came by for a meal unfortunately staff was mostly busy with there phones they didn't even notice me and another customer were waiting to order. First time I had this happen here usually there pretty good. At the end I choose to get my meal elsewhere.. food is great here not sure what happen with customer service today.Service: 1/5
So jubilee was introduced to me after a man in a yellow shirt with a mustache asked me if I was hungry. I told him ya and he opened the door for me and helped me order. I got a steak quesadilla and boy was it scrumptious. I’ll definitely be back to try their smoothies and other dishes. Ps, staff was extremely friendly, Evie and Sofia had amazing customer service and helped me feel comfortable in a new environment. They made me feel like family.
West Loop needs more spots to get a good lunch that isn't super expensive and this is one of them. It's still a little more than you'd pay in other neighborhoods but you can get a good quality burger or chicken sandwich and the cost isn't crazy.Food: 5/5
Update to my review: My work caters from here. Otherwise i wouldn't give another try. Can't believe this saladin picture is $6.5. its basically crushed lettuce. All the eggplants in grilled veggies were raw. __________ I placed couple of online group orders from here. Veggie burger is like frozen burger from Costco. Couple of times we had people missing their meal or part of their meal. Prices seem a bit high.
TERRIBLE customer service. The general manager, Nia, is by far the worst I’ve experienced. She truly does not care whether you patronize their family restaurant or not. No apologies for restaurant mistakes like incorrect orders. Simply, “good help is hard to find.” Ridiculous. Last night, I placed an order and ended up talking to her afterwards. Her demeanor made me ask the cashier for a refund, leave and go to another restaurant.
