This place is amazing! You can never find any KTV that has an excellent atmosphere like this one. We had a birthday party here and they gave us birthday drinks as gifts, which is an unexpected surprise! The service is also fast and good!

Had a great time with friends for my birthday. They brought a complimentary fruit dish. The staff were very polite and accommodating to anything we needed that they could provide. The music screen was difficult to select from so they brought us a laptop to make it easier. Parking was easy.nnThe only downside is the alcohol bottles are pricey. But overall great place to have fun

If you are a K-pop fan, don’t miss up on this Karaoke. The system that they are using includes tons of K-pop songs even the new debut ones Foods are tasty, it may be too salty to someone but you can just tell services to customize the flavour of that, not a big deal. Polite and kind service, and THEY DON’T EVEN CHARGE THE ROOM FEE ON TUESDAY! Kinda great deals for students.

i’ve been to SOS before and had a great experience. But they mishandled our booking and gave us a smaller room than promised. And still had the audacity to lie saying that a room with no walking space could COMFORTABLY fit 30-40 people. In reality it can probably fit 15. They were INSISTENT that this was their VIP and LARGEST room, but I’ve been in Room 8 with 3 tables and tons of walking space meaning bigger rooms DID exist. We only switched rooms because a friend offered to give us their larger room. This was after an hour of just standing around and lots of back and forth with the two girls at the front. They honestly showed no effort to really solve this for us. Other than asking us to continue waiting for a bigger room to pay and leave which is honestly ridiculous because we booked this weeks in advance. They offered 1 free bottle for this inconvenience but overall it ruined our birthday celebration. I will definitely not go back to a place that lied and overbooked a party.
