I had such a nice night with my friends! Good service, the place is neat and clean and also very affordable if you are going out with friends. It’s the best plan for a Friday or Saturday night. I came with friend to celebrate a birthday and we have a good time, we could play Latin music and any kind of music as well, staff were very helpful. I would come back for sure

The place its self is really beautiful and the rooms are very well designed, but honestly the service and atmosphere was subpar. We got there and there was no parking. We spent 15 mins looking for parking to end up in a parking garage and walking around 5 mins to the establishment. Which made us late to our reservation. When we got to the front the lady never smiled or greeted us once. You are not allowed to pay individually and there is a fee to use a credit card to pay. The rooms aren’t ready when you get there. They told us we would have a laptop to play more songs but the very nice guy spent like 15 mins trying to make it work and it wouldn't. He said sorry and left the room. The speakers didn’t play the sound from the karaoke, so we ended up putting the tv volume up. Okay selection of songs but system is in another language so hard to navigate. ALL of these things could have been overlooked if the customer service was good and we were made feel welcome. It seemed like an inconvenience to have us there.

The karaoke rooms looked amazing and the karaoke machine was very easy to use. There's a QR code for you to scan so you can pick songs from your phone if you want. They have many songs available in English, Japanese, Chinese and Korean as we had no issue finding any songs. We go karaoke alot and this is our new favorite spot!

We didn't make booking in advance for Karaoke and came to the ET KTV on Saturday afternoon hoping to sped time for the happy hour which is $25/person from 2-8 with one drink. First of all. It's was extremely hard to find a parking in the free parking lot because there were so many stores in the plaza and I think the parking was just not enough to accommodate. We were five people and they gave us a pretty big room with our own washroom which was very convenient. The problem we had in our room was that the wall control panels didn't work. We had two wall control panels and for both the music controls functions didn't work. They were only able to control the lighting in the room. So we ended up always has to have a friend sitting by the machine in case we need to skip the song or turn on the original sound even to pause the song which all these functions could have been done through the wall control panels. The second issue we had was that they had the option to pick songs through phone App but somehow the phone picking system was interfering with the station and when you are on the phone, the station will not work and all your songs picked on the station will be gone and music will stop. At the beginning our machine even went black and we had to call server to restart and the server didn't tell us that both system were interfering each other he blamed us because we probably moved the machine. In addition the phone App is not free. You have to pay for membership for you to choose song and the server said he doesn't know because he's always able to use it from his App. Lastly this Karaoke is underground, and some of our phones with Bell 5G weren't working there but good thing was they had free WiFi available. I don't think my friends and I will ever come back here again. I guess the experience wasn't good enough for us to even take a photo there.

This place has a lot of upsides, but a few big drawbacks for me.nPostives:n-The atmospheren-Personal bathroomn-Service is fast and friendlyn-Cleann-Food was ok. Nothing exciting.nDrawbacks:n-Difficult song selection systemn-There were issues with the sound/mics that needed a lot of adjustment and help from staffn-The words on screen were often wrong, or with the timing off which had us looking up the lyrics on our phones. Which... we could just do at home.nnOverall we had a fantastic time. I think we might try somewhere else next time. But I'd consider trying this location again.
